If the captain cancels your private fishing charter and beach tour due to wind, high seas, or stormy weather, and the decision is made the night before or while standing on the dock, your deposit is fully refundable. We're committed to ensuring you have a memorable and enjoyable experience, so if the weather seems unsafe or too rough, we'll make every effort to reschedule your trip.
In the event that we cancel due to weather and are unable to find a suitable rescheduling option due to continued bad weather, conflicts with your travel schedule, or our previous bookings, rest assured that your full payment will be refunded. You can choose to have the refund processed directly to your credit card or receive a check from our office, mailed within 5 business days.
For cancellations initiated by you, if made 30 days or more prior to the trip date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% credit card/booking fee. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the trip date, we're happy to collaborate with you to reschedule, applying your deposit to a new date.
However, if a mutually agreeable date cannot be found or you opt to cancel the trip entirely, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled trip date are neither refundable nor transferable unless we are successful in rebooking the canceled date. Your satisfaction and flexibility are paramount to us, ensuring your fishing experience is not only enjoyable but also worry-free.
